2. Registration and Account Security

2.1. Registration is required to fully use the Platform. 2.2. The User is obliged to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information (Name, Surname/Company Name, Email, Phone Number). 2.3. Registration is permitted only for individuals who have reached the age of 18. 2.4. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (password). Any action performed from your account is considered performed by you. 2.5. Registration using third-party data is prohibited.

3. Listing Rules

3.1. The Seller is obliged to list only products allowed for sale under Georgian law. 3.2. Listing the following types of products/information is prohibited:

• Weapons, narcotics;
• Stolen or illegally obtained goods;
• False or misleading information about the product;
• Material infringing third-party rights (including intellectual property). 3.3. The price and description in the listing must correspond to reality. 3.4. The Administration is authorized to warn the User, temporarily restrict, or delete a listing if it violates these Terms.

4. Service Fees and Payment

4.1. Registration on the Platform is free. 4.2. Certain services (e.g., listing promotion, VIP status) may be paid. Tariffs for paid services are indicated on the relevant pages. 4.3. Payment is made via cashless settlement, bank card, or other electronic payment means.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Agronomia.ge is only an intermediary platform. We are not sellers of products and are not responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of products. 5.2. The Administration is not responsible for disputes between users, financial losses, or other damages arising from the use of the Platform. 5.3. We do not guarantee that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free, although we take all reasonable measures for technical soundness.

6. Personal Data

6.1. The processing of User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection". 6.2. Detailed information on data processing is provided in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. The website design, logo, software code, and other materials are the property of Agronomia.ge and are protected by copyright. 7.2. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of Platform materials for commercial purposes is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. The Administration is authorized to unilaterally change these Terms at any time. 8.2. Changes come into force immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website by the User implies consent to the changes.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved through negotiation. 9.2. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be considered by the court of Georgia in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia.
